aleSecretariat is a browser-based application for handling the most important processes in the secretariat - maintaining an electronic correspondence book, decrementing, workflow, delegations, offers, vacations, handling orders, payments, etc.
To work at aleSekretariat, you need to register on the platform. During the registration process, you will need to provide your information, such as:

The packages differ in the available functionalities. The Green package is available for free without any time restrictions and allows, among other things, up to 10 entries in the Correspondence Book and up to 10 contracts each month.

No matter which package you choose, you will be able to use it for free for the first 30 days. After that, you will have to pay for the package you choose or switch to the free Green package.
After registering on the aleSecretariat platform, you will receive an email, and in it: Cloud Key necessary for the first login.
An email with the key will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

If you can't find the message with the cloud key in your email inbox after registering with the aleSecretariat browser application, contact us.
**Remember, you may need your cloud key in the future, such as during the verification process, so keep a good eye on it.
During registration, your individual address for the aleSecretariat panel will be created. Use it to log into the platform quickly and conveniently. When logging in, you will only enter your login (username) and password.
If you will want to log in to the platform from aleSecretariat homepage, you will also need to provide your cloud key.
